Ground floor: kitchen opening onto the living room with lounge and dining area. Laundry room, WC, bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), bedroom with 160cm bed (PRM) and shower room with WC (PRM). (gîte accessible everywhere except kitchen, hence no T&H label).

Upstairs: shower room, WC, two bedrooms with 160 beds, one of which has its own shower room, two bedrooms with 2 single beds.

Bed linen, towels and table linen provided - Beds made on arrival.
Baby equipment: 1 cot + high chair + bath.

Private enclosed area of 600m² with 36m² terrace, private swimming pool (7 x 3.5m) heated from 15/05 to 15/10 - Protection system: roller shutter.
