On the ground floor Living room (terracotta floor) with equipped kitchen (Ikea type), dining area and lounge area with fireplace equipped with a wood stove. Door opening onto private east garden, at the rear of the village. Second door opening onto a common courtyard, west side.
Access to the bedroom (25m²) via 4 wooden steps (white césuré floor, old-fashioned wardrobe and cupboard). Shower room / wc (1/4 round shower of 90cm). Large pantry below the bedroom (for wood / bicycle storage / washing machine and ironing area). Access either by low arched door or by exterior door.
Double bed 160x200cm (shape memory). New wooden double glazed windows and doors. Electric radiator in bathroom and bedroom.
TV with satellite channels. Good WIFI connection. Kitchen equipped with fridge / freezer / microwave / gas hob and electric mini-oven. Washing machine.

Spacious wooden terrace offering views over the village and beyond. Parking space and large solid wrought iron gate closing the entrance to the gîte.
Garden furniture, deckchairs and BBQ available. Possibility of bicycle rental. Info on request. Walks from the gîte.
Rental for 2 people.

PRICES: Weekly rental varying from 250 € (plus heating, in winter) to 350 € in season. Bed made on arrival. Towels and kitchen linen provided.
Monthly rental from € 400 to € 480 plus charges. Linen not provided
Possibility to rent a minimum of 3 nights for 180 €
