Charlotte will welcome you to this 40m2 gîte, ideally located 10 minutes from Barbezieux, 30 minutes from Angoulême and its ramparts and Cognac, 45 minutes from Aubeterre and its underground church, 1 hour from Bordeaux and Royan.
This little haven of peace was entirely made by Charlotte and her husband, Damien, former Bretons who fell under the spell of the Charente in July 2022. It is located on the first floor of one of their outbuildings, in the middle of the vineyards. , with a park of 2000m2.
Composed of 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 master bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and WC, 1 living room with fitted kitchen and small living room, a terrace and private parking. Everything is provided for children and animals.
