Spacious, light-filled gîte adjoining another property, with access to a shared swimming pool. Possibility of renting the 2 gîtes at the same time (10 people).

In a small village, this spacious gîte offers a living room with fireplace and a kitchen. Entrance to the accommodation via 3 steps down. Also on the ground floor: WC, access to the basement with private laundry room and games room with table football (shared with another gîte). From the living room, access to a 56m² terrace adjoining another gîte.
Upstairs, two bedrooms, one with 1 double bed (140cm) and the other with 2 single beds (90cm) that can be bunked or not. Also upstairs, a shower room with large shower and WC.
Access to the 1000m² garden via the basement and access to the 11x5m swimming pool via the garden (approx. 60m away) open from 15/5 to 30/9, to be shared with the other gîte. Pool secured by a covered shelter.
