Gite les Justices - 4 pers

Our charming detached cottage has been completely renovated for opening in 2022. It is located on the edge of the beautiful village of Edon in Charente and is accessible via the village of La Rochebeaucourt. The gite is attached but separate from the main house, located on a quiet dead end road and surrounded by woods.
Ideally located for many beautiful towns and attractions, nearby are Villebois Lavelette, Brantôme and Auberterre all within easy reach. Angouleme is only 25 minutes drive away so ideal for festivals including the famous vintage car races at the Circuit d'Angouleme.
The accommodation consists of a fully fitted kitchen with all new appliances including a cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. The renovated bathroom has a new shower cubicle, sink and WC. The living room has a comfortable sofa with TNT satellite TV and a dining area with table and 4 chairs as well as a fireplace with electric cooker.
Upstairs, a king size bed with luxury bedding, storage closet and dressing table and 2 twin beds for the kids. We also have an extra bed and a safety gate for the stairs.
Freshly decorated cottage. Sheets and towels are new and included.
Outside is a private covered terrace for al fresco dining and guests have use of a large garden and forest. River access less than 5 minutes by car, to relax or go fishing (subject to obtaining a licence).
