From the outside, beautiful sculptures, recently restored, remind us of the artistic influence of the Abbaye aux Dames in Saintes.

Once you have entered, you should take your time to observe each wall illustration. You will see coats of arms, numerous floral and plant decorations, and a painting of the Resurrection of Christ.

When the sun rises, its rays of light, which penetrate through the stained glass windows, give an astonishing glow to these restored paintings.
