Château de Barbezieux Saint-Hilaire

The de La Rochefoucauld family carried out major works in the 15th century. Today, of this vast castral complex, remains the entrance gate (the Archiac Gate) and the so-called "barns" building.
In 2015, rehabilitation work transformed the Château, which now houses a new theater. A multidisciplinary cultural season (theater, dance, humor, object / puppet, music, etc.) is offered there, punctuated by time for discussion with the artists.
