The doorway of the gothic façade is one of a series of polylobed doorway arches which are to be found throughout South Charente. The church includes wonderful sculpted capitals, amongst which are two gigantic figures in the choir. There are also several painted scenes, notably, a huge Saint Christopher, patron saint of travellers, visible to the right on entry to the church.
